Featuring the 2006 Toyota Avalon and the Best Toyota Parts

You probably have not heard of a Toyota car that flopped, a clunker in the market, so to speak. This can be due to Toyotas excellent marketing strategies or simply, to Toyotas high level of expertise and dedication to what it does. From being the largest Japanese auto maker, Toyota has now become Americas third largest auto maker and one of the biggest and the well-known in the world.

Heres a brief insight on the Toyota Avalon model and its latest edition, the 2006 Toyota Avalon.

Toyota Avalon

Toyota Avalon is one of Toyotas best passenger cars; in fact, Toyotas flagship family sedan. It is a full-size car, first introduced in 1994 as an early 1995 model. This front wheel drive four door sedan is produced in United States and in Australia.

Originally, the Avalon was based on the technology of the Toyota Camry, also a popular model from Toyota. Its counterparts in the market include the Buick Park Avenue and LeSabre, Pontiac Bonneville, and Dodge Intrepid.

2006 Toyota Avalon

Competitively vying in the full-size sedan market is the 2006 Toyota Avalon. Much of its styling and features are taken from last years completely redesigned models. As expected, this years Toyota Avalon features the latest technology in safety, fuel efficiency and performance.

The cabin is quite comfortable and spacious, lavished with high quality features such as the perforated leather-trimmed seats and ergonomically designed controls. The serene interior complements well 2006 Toyota Avalons perfectly tuned suspension, its quiet but powerful double-overhead-cam 3.5 L V6 engine and its smooth electronically controlled five-speed automatic transmission.

Avalon is not extravagant in terms of styling, as most luxury cars are; however, its sleek and more contemporary styling gives it a sophisticated and elegant look you cannot simply ignore. Among its exterior highlights are the well-designed tall deck, large Toyota taillights, dual exhaust outlets, sporty Toyota wheels, and horizontal Toyota grille with chrome-accented bars.
